World Series!
I was 8 years old the last time the Royals were in the World Series. I remember watching game 7 on TV and then going into my 3rd grade classroom the next day and celebrating with my class. It is just as magical this time around!
ALCS Champs
I received the best birthday gift last Wednesday...the Royals swept the Orioles and won the ALCS! World Series here we come!

Pumpkin Patch
We visited the Powell Pumpkin Patch on Saturday afternoon. Even though it was a bit muddy and the hayrides weren't running, the boys had a blast. They picked their favorite pumpkins to bring home, and then played in the big sandbox and hay maze.
