Little Slugger

Little Zach crawled a little bit over the weekend! He still prefers to scoot around, but will crawl sometimes if he really wants to reach one of his favorite toys. He also tried cheerios and saltine crackers for the first time and of course loved them both!

Brotherly Love

Fun with Water

Little Zach loves going to the swimming pool in our neighborhood...he kicks, splashes, laughs...it's pretty fun to watch. He also has a good time splashing around in the little pool in our backyard. Matty, on the other hand, chooses to play in the sprinkler. Staying cool can be fun!

Father's Day

We had a fun Father's Day...spent some time at the swimming pool and then had a yummy dinner at my parents' house. The boys dressed up in matching shirts for the occasion!

Little Green Suit

Sprinkler

We bought Matty a sprinkler toy for his birthday. He loves running through it and playing with the 'straws' that squirt the water...

...and here is Zach rooting for his favorite baseball team!

Weekend Pics

Outside

Even though the weather has been HOT this week, we try to get outside for a little while each day. It seems that the rose bushes in our front yard are doing considerably well in the heat...Matty likes to walk between them and talk about the 'horns' that sometimes stick him.

Busy Week

The boys have been busy this week. Little Zach turned 9 months old, I can't believe it! He still does not have any teeth, and hasn't officially crawled yet, but he's close. Matty started swimming lessons this week...so far, he has been to 4 classes. The first couple of days, he screamed a lot, but yesterday and today were much better. He floats on his back and stomach, blows bubbles, and jumps in the water. He also started soccer lessons this week. He really enjoyed kicking the ball with the other little boys!
