Oh Christmas Tree

On Saturday morning, we drove out to the D&G Christmas tree farm.  Jeremy and I have bought trees there in years past, but we haven't had a real tree since we've had kids.  The weather was beautiful and the boys had fun running around in the fields.  They helped us look for trees at first, but then were more interested in finding tree stumps and covering them with pine needles...oh well.  We finally found an 8 foot tall tree that had a very nice shape and we cut it down!  Then, a huge JD came by, our tree was loaded on the back, and we rode back to the barn on the hayride wagon.  Later that day, we decorated the tree with rainbow lights and put a train underneath...so pretty!
